Collection: Smacked Youth

Smacked Youth are a three-piece alternative punk band from Newcastle, NSW, featuring Sam D’Agostino (guitar/vocals), Sean Doyle (bass/vocals) and Sam Coleman (drums). Renowned for their explosive live performances and uncompromising songwriting, the band have built a strong reputation as one of Australia’s standout regional punk acts.

The band have demonstrated growing international reach through touring in the UK and Europe, with shows in London, Amsterdam and Berlin. Domestically, they completed a 24-date national tour alongside Australian rock icons The Screaming Jets and have shared stages with major Australian artists including Dune Rats and Rose Tattoo, performing across prominent club and festival stages.

In 2026, Smacked Youth will undertake their first Canadian tour, highlighted by an official showcase at NXNE (North by Northeast). Widely regarded as one of Canada’s most influential music festivals, NXNE is a key gateway to the North American market, attracting international industry, media and tastemakers. Their inclusion in the festival represents a significant milestone for the band and provides a strategic platform to expand their audience, industry relationships and international profile beyond Australia.
